Victor Cortina, Physical Therapist & Founder

Victor graduated from the University of Florida, and has been practicing physical therapy for over thirty years throughout the United States. He has a wide breadth of experience in all age groups, conditions, and therapeutic modalities.

Victor founded Magnolia Therapy Group in 2002 as a standalone outpatient physical therapy clinic. Since then, Magnolia Therapy Group has grown into the premiere provider of physical, occupational, and speech therapies in the upstate.

Gwyneth Joyce, Occupational Therapist

Gwyneth grew up in Walden, NY and lived there until obtaining her undergraduate and masters degree from Utica college. She has been practicing occupational therapy for the past four and a half years. Treatment specialties include aquatic therapy, feeding therapy, and visual/motor perceptual skills


Sherry Hudson, Physical Therapist

Originally from Rhode Island, Sherry graduated from the University of Miami. Sherry has over 30 years of pediatric physical therapy experience. Her specialties include neonatal care, neurology, genetics, torticollis, and pediatric therapeutics. 


Hannah Cox, Occupational Therapist

Hannah is a South Carolina native who obtained her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, and her masters degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, where she conducted research on Cerebral Palsy. Hannah is Beckman Oral Motor certified, and enjoys working with children who have complex medical needs.


Lindsay Monroe, Speech Language Pathologist

Originally from Anderson, SC, Lindsay received her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Winthrop University and became an SLP assistant. She then attained her masters in Speech Pathology from South Carolina State University. She specializes in first words- helping children find avenues they are comfortable with that allow them to express their wants and needs.


Maureen Perricone, Occupational Therapist

Maureen earned her Occupational Therapy degree from Quinnipac College, and has since been practicing for over twenty years, and has been with Magnolia Therapy Group for over ten years. She is experienced in both geriatric and pediatric OT interventions, and specializes in oral-motor feeding therapy with a sensory approach

Stephanie Peterson, Physical Therapist & Occupational Therapist

Stephanie graduated from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. She moved to Summerville, SC and for 5 years was the head athletic trainer at Pinewood Preparatory School, as well as a Work Conditioning clinician for Workman’s Compensation patients. She decided to return to graduate school and attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL, earning both her masters in Occupational Therapy and doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since then, she has worked in a combination of home health and outpatient settings, treating patients ranging in age from newborn to over 100 years old.
