  1. We will receive a Referral from your Early Interventionist (EI). Our fax number is 678-840-2112.

  2. Our Referral Specialist will verify your insurance.

  3. Our Pediatric Coordinator will assign your child to a Therapist in your area and will notify you and the EI with in 72 hours. You can reach the Pediatric Coordinator at 864-346-0391.

  4. Your Therapist will call you to set up your child’s first appointment for evaluation.

  5. After your child’s evaluation, the Therapist and the EI will schedule a meeting to initiate your child’s plan of care.
